Whether for field, Hybrid, Online or Telesales roles, new salespeople need a thorough grounding in a good sales process. Many have never received formal training, which is inconceivable in most other professions. Our early-stage induction programmes embed these skills from the outset, so salespeople aren’t left to learn on the job at your customers’ expense.
The Essential Sales Skill Course presents the fundamental skills, techniques and qualities required to develop a professional sales approach to potential or existing customers. This course will include the key areas below; however, there are a few areas of the workshop which are face-to-face based, such as time and territory management, presenting techniques and body language. Quite often Telesales people move into Field Sales where these topics become more relevant and as most salespeople will now be selling over Zoom or Teams, they will have some instant benefits.
The course is not based on high-pressure techniques, sharp practices, or “the latest sales fad,” but concentrates on solid sales principles that are the key to successful professional selling.
Anyone moving into a sales role or existing salespeople who have not received formal training or need a refresher course. Quite often we talk about “Accidental salespeople” who have just fallen into a sales role, especially engineers in technical based companies, who really get a lot out of this workshop.

We’ve been developing and designing training courses for organisations for over 20 years — courses that genuinely change the way people work as teams. Our experienced trainers are always happy to discuss how our training can help develop your teams and strengthen the leadership qualities of your team leaders and managers.
For more details on our training courses, please follow the links on the right.
We tend to work with a maximum of 12 attendees per Facilitator/Trainer, although this is flexible depending on the workshop. Some workshops with diagnostic tools allow us to have around 16 to 20 attendees.
Our courses are designed to be enjoyable, interactive, experiential and stimulating to maximize on the learning opportunity. This means that everyone has a chance to contribute and get involved throughout.
Most of our workshops such are 0.5 or 1 day courses, although they each vary depending on the degree of customisation. Workshops typically run from 09:15 to 16:45 which will include lunch and breaks.
Our prices are based on a day rate per facilitator plus expenses, which ordinarily works out more cost effective than sending your team externally on courses which will also incur individual expenses.
We deliver our Workshops at your premises in the UK, throughout Europe and around the World in a number of languages as well as English. We just need access to a venue, which includes a projector and flip charts.
Our training workshops are designed for a wide range of audiences from Senior Leaders to staff who need to develop skills in communication, team working, emotional intelligence and change management. We are also able to tailor the content specifically to the audience we are developing.
