Leadership Training and Development

Our leadership training programmes focus on developing the skills to become a high performance leader including emotional intelligence, coaching and influencing skills, communication skills and the skills to effectively manage the performance of your staff. We run our programmes in your organisation and usually work on a daily rate as opposed to a delegate rate, to reduce costs. Typically our programmes range from 1 to 3 days.

Location - Where do we deliver our Training Workshops and Courses?

Although based in London, we will deliver our Leadership Training Workshops and Courses across the UK, at your premises or at an organised event space. With many programmes, we can also deliver them online or in person in Europe and around the World.

Attendees - How many people can we have attending a training workshop?

We tend to work with a maximum of 12 attendees per Facilitator/Trainer, although this is flexible depending on the workshop.
Some workshops with diagnostic tools allow us to have around 16 to 20 attendees per facilitator.

Duration - How long do our workshops take?

Although we do some events over a half day, many will be one or two days in duration and can be split if required over different days, over weeks or months.

Pricing - How much does a Leadership Training workshop cost?

The price for a Leadership or Management Workshop starts from £1,500 + VAT per facilitator, plus materials as required.
Travel and Accommodation Expenses, if required, will be charged at cost (Not charged within the M25).
We also offer special rates for charity, education, and healthcare organisations, such as the NHS.

Our trainers typically have over 20 years of experience in delivering our workshops after a background in delivering Leadership training in large corporate organisations.
Our lead certified facilitator is Graham Price, who has been delivering training workshops, away days and events around the world for over 25 years with our team of trainers, on our trainer profile page

The end result is that everyone has a chance to contribute and get involved throughout the programme..

Online - Can we deliver the our training workshops online?

The simple answer is yes, but it will never be as effective as getting everyone in a room (or most of them, if we have a few remote attendees).
Providing a Leadership Training Course, is an excellent opportunity to get your Management team together for a day, or longer.
