Leadership Training Workshops

Our leadership development programmes focus on developing high performance leaders and a wide range of soft skills areas such as coaching skills, communication skills, and presentation skills. We have made a conscious split between Leadership Training and Management Training, but if you cannot find what you are looking for here, please follow the link to Management Training. We run our programmes in your organisation and usually work on a daily rate as opposed to a delegate rate, which can considerably reduce costs. Typically our programmes range from 1 to 3 days.

Coaching Skills

Coaching skills are crucial to be a high performance manager yet very few managers have ever had coaching training or received feedback on their coaching style. We deliver practical coaching skills training that turns managers into highly effective coaches

Our training programmes focus on more than just "Soft Skills" - We also run programmes on change management, although this will primarily focus on the people aspects of change. We also run Management Training programmes on areas such as Project Management, Performance based Leadership, Recruitment and training trainers as required and also specialist areas such as "Effective planning, executing and debriefing" run by Jim Brearley.
