As a Myers Briggs qualified trainer, Graham Price and the team are able to deliver workshops and administer both the Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) Step1 and Step2 profiles. With the various language options available we are able to deliver to a wide audience and to multi national teams in diverse locations.
With over 25 years of experience, delivering Myers Briggs training Graham, Karen, Berni and the rest of our team of associates are able to deliver a wide range of different MBTI workshops, focusing on communication, relationships, conflict and team work. As a tool to increase “Emotional Intelligence” it is also extremely effective.
With Myers Briggs training workshops, the more people we can get the better the workshop, ideal numbers are circa 16 however we can deliver training workshops easily to over 20 attendees with one facilitator. We can relate across a wide range of issues delivering MBTI training, relating to communication and personal effectiveness.
As qualified Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) practitioners we have had experience using MBTI in the UK, Europe and throughout the US and Asia for both training sessions and on a one to one basis. Available in multiple languages, it is one of the few tools that is truly universal and has subtle differences in the region specific versions that make it great for an international organisation or teams. In some cases we have delivered to almost 100 people on the same programme, if we have a number of facilitators.
We are also able to administer MBTI Step I and the less commonly used, but more detailed, Step II Instrument.
We can always provide a formal quote, however generally for a half day Myers Briggs training workshop for circa 16 people (Excluding travel expenses), you will be looking at £120 + VAT for each delegate, including MBTI Step 1 Profiles. If we can work in London or near one of our trainers’ locations, we will not need to charge travel expenses on top of this. All other materials are provided.

Poor communication is cited as one of the biggest issues on most company satisfaction surveys yet few people will admit they could improve their communication skills. We find that working with the Myers Briggs preference tool, people start to realise their communication skills can be quickly and dramatically improved.
