Creating or developing a learning culture and challenging unproductive habits is always on his agenda. To increase his ability to understand people and coach to the highest levels, Richard has achieved qualifications in Performance and Life Coaching, Hypnotherapy, EFT and Matrix Re-Imprinting as well as NLP to Master Practitioner level.
Since the early 1990’s, Richard has been involved with many organisations, designing, managing and delivering training projects covering a wide spectrum of subjects for a diverse range of clients. Gaining the required results through a variety of relevant but cost effective initiatives is the challenge he enjoys.
