Recruiting Effectively - With recruitment of staff being one of the main issues for businesses alongside retention, much relies on the skills of your existing staff to be able to define job roles, target their recruitment well and carry out interviews effectively. With so many ways that businesses can potentially discriminate on areas such as age and gender it is surprising that so few companies have procedures to train best practice to new and experienced managers on how to recruit and interview.

Training Workshop - Our training workshop on Recruiting and Interviewing carried out by CIPD Qualified consultants, will include how to place adverts, how to sift candidates, how to interview effectively and any issues that can arise from discrimination or employment law. They can also include how to make job offers, take references and how to profile the job role in the first place if this is not already done by your existing HR Department.
