Phil Bignold -
Phil is an experienced trainer who delivers programmes across a wide range of disciplines including leadership, sales and
customer service. Phil has spent over 15 years in training and development and has had senior roles in organisations such
as British Telecom and Yellow Pages heading up the training and development strategy as well as designing and delivering training.
Phil is able to engage his course attendees with his practical and pragmatic approach to training coupled with a relaxed style
that sets the atmosphere for learning. A fellow of the CIPD, he is able to deliver a range of prgrammes that develop leadership
skills, create high performing sales teams and the customer service skills essential in todays competitive environment. Phil
has been fortunate to work in a wide range of organisations, industry sectors and organisational cultures and brings real
world experience to his training that can offer new perspectives on the challenges that organisations are facing.
