Leadership Training

Our management development programmes focus on a wide range of soft skills areas such as coaching skills, communication skills, performance based leadership and presentation skills. We run our programmes in your organisation and usually work on a daily rate as opposed to a delegate rate, which can considerably reduce costs. Typically our programmes range from 1 to 3 days.

Not Just Soft Skills

Our training programmes focus on more than just "Soft Skills" - We also run programmes on change management, although this will primarily focus on the people aspects of change.
