Training Workshops and One to One Coaching using MBTI
MBTI Training -
We run a number of specific workshops where we can incorporate MBTI, these can be focused around understanding your own communication
style and how you need to adapt it to increase your effective communication with a wider range of people. It can also be used
in increasing personal effectiveness in regards to managing a team and other people that need to be influenced by you. We
have also used it to train sales staff how to recognise buyer types and adapt their selling style accordingly. So the
uses are extremely broad and the region specific versions allow us to effectively work with multinational teams as well
MBTI One to One -
We are often use the Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) on a one to one basis and as part of a general coaching intervention. The power comes in the ability to open up conversations
around inter-personal effectiveness as it provides a framework to discuss issues that are sometimes difficult to address around
general communication skills which are at the route of many difficulties and work related conflict.
Recruitment -
The MBTI Should not be used for Recruitment, there are a number of other tools that can do this far more effectively and we
would be happy to talk through available options
