Myers Briggs Type Indicator – MBTI Step 2 Training

You may well already be familiar with the MBTI® Step I Profile, however the MBTI® Step II (Myers-Briggs Type Indicator) goes far deeper than the Step I framework to truly uncover the unique individual behind the personality profile itself. MBTI® Step II  acts as a springboard for improving personal and business results by giving detailed insights to help individuals in their personal development planning.

Myers Briggs Type Training MBTI® Step II

The Myers Briggs Type Indicator MBTI® Step II is a more in depth electronic profile, that breaks each of the four preferences in Step I down further into five distinct facets. We are able to use this in our training workshops and coaching to look more deeply at reactions to change as well as influence and persuasion skills amongst others.

Using the insights of MBTI Step I framework as its starting point, with the four dichotomies of Extraversion (E) – Introversion (I), Sensing (S) – Intuition (N), Thinking (T) – Feeling (F) and Judging (J) – Perceiving (P), Step II explores these broad-brush revelations in greater detail.

Our training programmes using the The Myers Briggs Type Indicator MBTI® Step II tend to be a day long and can be excellent not just in building on Step I knowledge but looking in detail at the MBTI Profile for those who have never completed a Myers Briggs profile and/or had feedback on their results.

If you have done Step I, or want to go straight to Step II , contact us now to discuss how the Myers Briggs Type Indicator MBTI Step II an be of use in your organisation.

Myers Briggs Type Indicator Trainers

We are qualified Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) practitioners and have had experience using MBTI in the UK, Europe and throughout the US and Asia for both training sessions and on a one to one basis. Available in multiple languages, it is one of the few tools that is truly universal and has subtle differences in the region specific versions that make it great for an international organisation or team. We are able to administer Step I and the less commonly used, but more detailed, Step II Instrument.

Poor communication is cited as one of the biggest issues on most company satisfaction surveys yet few people will admit they could improve their communication skills. We find that working with the Myers Briggs preference tool, people start to realise their communication skills can be quickly and dramatically improved.

We would be happy to discuss how to use the MBTI in your organisation to improve communication and personal effectiveness. Although we are based near London our team work across the UK and further afield as required.
