We run a number of MBTI based workshops where we can incorporate the Myers Briggs Type Indicator Step 1 or Step 2 and these tend to be half day or full day programmes. These in-house training courses are focused around communication styles and how to adapt them to increase effective communication with a wider range of people. This in turn can increase personal effectiveness when managing a team and other people that need to be influenced by you. Myers Briggs Type Indicator Training Courses

Tailor and adapt their approach to ensure they engage their target audience.
