What is Leadership - Leadership is the process of influencing the behaviour, beliefs and feelings of other group
members in an intended direction. If you believe the latest research from experts such as "Marcus Buckingham"
and "Zengman and Folger" then effective leadership may well be the key business differentiator. However you spin it,
every bit of analysis on real reasons why people leave to join other companies always cites the person's manager as
being the most common. If you are running an organisation or a team of people then your leadership skills can
help or hinder a team or organisation, by the style and culture you create. We help you develop those Leadership skills
and also to create the appropriate culture for your organisation.
Leadership Training -
Our management development programmes focus on a wide range of soft skills areas such as coaching skills, communication skills, performance based leadership and presentation skills. We run our programmes in your organisation and usually work on a daily rate as opposed to a delegate rate, which can
considerably reduce costs. Typically our programmes range from 1 to 3 days.
More Than Soft Skills - We also
run programmes on change management, although this will primarily focus on the people aspects of change. Increasingly we run
programmes on areas such as Project Management and Time Management as required and also a specialist area of effective planning,
executing and debriefing run by Jim Brearley.
Development Centres - We are able to run Accelerated Development and Assessment Centres. This can include creating programmes to develop the skills
of your managers, recognise business wide training needs, or for recruitment or talent development purposes such as succession
planning
