Leadership Training
Our management development programmes focus on a wide range of soft skills areas such as coaching skills,
communication skills, performance based leadership and presentation skills. We run our programmes in your organisation and
usually work on a daily rate as opposed to a delegate rate, which can considerably reduce costs. Typically our programmes
range from 1 to 3 days.
Not Just Soft Skills
Our training programmes focus on more than just "Soft Skills" - We also run programmes on change management,
although this will primarily focus on the people aspects of change. We also run programmes on areas such as Project Management
and Time Management as required and also specialist areas such as "Effective planning, executing and debriefing" run
