Introduction to Management and Supervisory Skills Training Workshop
This three-day workshop is designed for delegates who
have little management experience and for those who have experience but less in the way of formal training. The workshop focuses
on several key areas, which provide delegates with the opportunity to develop the skills, and knowledge needed to effectively
manage people. One of the core elements will be to differentiate between Management and Leadership, to be able to create
a platform for supervisors to become effective Leaders of people. Delegates will learn how to adapt their supervisory style,
build and motivate their team and effectively manage their time and the performance of those who report to them through a
range of techniques including coaching. The workshop will be a mix of theory and practical exercises with the chance
to discuss and share best practice in supervising staff effectively.
