Interpersonal Communication Skills - Training Workshop
Developing emotional intelligence is key to interpersonal
communication and this workshop allows attendees to closely analyse their own preferred communication styles and learn how
to adapt their style, to enhance each and every personal interaction. This programme will explore many key communication areas
including body language, transactional analysis, communication under pressure and how to recognise and deal with workplace
conflict. By the end of this workshop attendees will develop the confidence to handle a wide range of difficult and demanding
situations more effectively. This is an interactive experiential training programme that allows participants to take time
to analyse their interpersonal communication in depth.
