His
career has encompassed both operational and strategic HR management. An experienced and professionally qualified HR professional
with exposure to a variety of industries including - FMCG, automotive supplies, textiles, pharmaceuticals, transport, power
(gas and electric) and chemicals. He has worked with industry recognised names such as HP Foods, Premier Brands, Walkers Snack
Foods, Napp Pharmaceutical Group, Alstom, JCB, Enron, Johnson Matthey, BASF, Dow Chemicals and Lucite International.
Paula Harris
A
Human Resources expert, and former HR Director, she brings more than 18 years' experience of formulating and delivering
HR development strategy for organisations such as ASDA, the Probation Service, Psion Computers and LexisNexis. Paula works
with us to ensure our programmes create an effective change in organisations long after we deliver them. As a project leader
on global initiatives in organisational change, she has an outstanding track record of creating impact and lasting results
on individual performance, employee relations and corporate culture.
Paula is accredited in MBTI, holds an MA in Human
Resources Management from Middlesex University and is a Fellow of the CIPD. Paula is a Time Line therapist, a Hypnotherapist
and NLP Practioner.
