Why outsource HR?
With increased legislation and an ever increasing workload
for Human Resource professionals it is not surprising that most are focused on the day to day reactive type issues. The only
way to free up time and be more proactive is to get additional support when you need it. This could be for
more mundane tasks or for specialist help with areas such as Trade Unions disputes, organisational development, recruitment
or mergers. One of the most frequent reasons to use an outsourced HR provider is for holiday, sickness and maternity cover
and it is one profession which is not industry specific. In principle
we are able to offer a specialist external resource to help you when you need it. If you have already got an HR department,
we can be additional resource. If you haven’t then we could be your outsourced support, even for just a few hours each
month if that is preferred.
How does outsourcing work?
Very easily, once we agree with you on a project that
you want us to undertake we define the key deliverables, agree the consultant and their rates and get you to sign some paperwork.
We can have HR staff working in your office the very next day if needed.
How flexible is outsourcing?
Very, you choose how you want to engage with us and our
consultants are flexible to work with you under your terms even if that means cover once a fortnight on a Friday afternoon.
What experience do your interim HR staff have?
Because many interims are looking for the flexibility
this types of role offers, you will find that interims are usually over qualified for a role and bring considerable experience
of other organisations working practices to bear. Many times their advice to the existing HR team pays for the cost of an
interim alone.
