A founding partner of Accelerate, Grahams career started in the Royal Navy where he trained as a Weapons Engineer and Instructor. On leaving, Graham continued into a Sales and Sales Management career, before moving into a Learning and Development role in the mid 1990’s. After 10 years in Senior Training and Development Roles for large corporate organisations such as Yell and Reed Elsevier Graham made the move into consultancy with his own organisation as well as partner organisations
As well as being qualified with the CIPD, Graham is also qualified to administer, MBTI 1 and 2, Belbin and the Strength Deployment Inventory, with almost 20 years of experience delivering training in the UK, Europe and throughout the US and Asia. Delivery is usually in the format of half day or full day training workshops with or without one to one coaching.
