Overview -
This training programme will explore ways of developing and fostering creative talent at individual, group and organisational
level. Creative problem solving highlights new angles to old difficulties. This workshop develops creative abilities, boosts
thinking skills & individual inquiry. This allows for original and valuable work to be created within a developing and
creative culture and is ideal for project managers, first line and middle managers in creative roles or with complex problems
to solve, or participants who have a genuine interest in harnessing creativity and innovation in their department or organisation.

Explore creative approaches and problem solving techniques.
Explore and develop ideas for solutions to specific problems.
Practise communication skills that support and promote creativity and innovation
in workgroups and teams.
