Communication Skills - Training Workshop
Communicating effectively, in one to one and group settings, is seen as one of the key competencies in business when it comes to getting the most out of employees and fortunately it is one of the key skills that can be improved quickly and dramatically. Assertive communication allows managers remain in control of their staff and workload more easily and this programme develops a range of tools and techniques to ensure each and every opportunity for communication is as effective as possible.
