Belbin Team Roles - Half Day Workshop
Workshop Overview - BelbinŽ Team Roles is one of the most rigorous tool for working out team dynamics available. With so much evidence that businesses perform better when their key players focus on their strengths and recognise and deal with their weaknesses, BelbinŽ catches this perfectly. The profiles were updated recently to encompass nine team roles (As opposed to eight in the original) and explains how your team roles preferences will move and change.
 
The BelbinŽ profiles would be carried out online prior to the workshop. In the first instance I would recommend self perception but there is also the option of doing a 360 version if required
 
Workshop Objectives - Will achieve the following;
